CONTEST Rules “100 % of the winners came!”
May 27th 2019 to July 28th 2019

(the “Contest”)

1. Eligibility

1.1. In order to be eligible for the Contest, an individual must be a resident of Québec, have reached the age of majority in that province at the time of entry to the Contest and:

1.1.1. Be invited, participate and present at one of our ephemeral meetings.

1.2. The employees of CA DIFFUSION INC (the “Organizer”) and its partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, the parties engaged in the development, production and distribution of the material related to the Competition, the members of the jury as well as Household members or immediate family members of the above mentioned persons are not eligible for the Contest. In this Regulation, the expression “immediate family” means husband, wife, spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son and daughter, whether or not they are part of the same household.

2. Deadline to participate

The application period for the Competition starts on 27/05/2019 at 8:00 (EST) and ends on 28/07/2019 at 18:00 (EST), the period between these two dates and times being hereafter ” Period of application “.

3. How to enter the Contest

No purchase is required to enter the Contest. In order to participate in the Contest, the participant must be invited, participate and be present at one of our ephemeral showrooms. The participant will find the necessary information about the competition on our website www.physaro.ca. In addition, the participant must declare having read and accepted the conditions of the present rules

3.1. The entrant may participate only once during the entire Application Period and no additional entries will be accepted after the end of the Application Period.

3.2. The use of any automated system to enter the Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If any information required by the Organizer to enter the Contest is missing, the entry will not be eligible and may be rejected, at the Organizer’s discretion. For greater certainty, the declaration of reading and acceptance of the conditions of this Regulation provided for in sub-paragraph 3.1 is an information required by the Organizer for the purposes of this sub-paragraph 3.3

4. Winner selection

The selection of the winners will be done by random draw in a box containing the participation coupons of all participants at 3468-3472 Boul Industriel, Laval, QC H7L 4R9, Canada on 28/07/19 at 12h. The selected winners will be awarded one of the prizes described in paragraph 5.1 in sequence and will be contacted by phone or, alternatively, by email at that time.

4.1. In case of withdrawal or disqualification of the winning candidate or if the winning candidate can not be contacted in the manner indicated in paragraph 4, if the candidate does not respond to the Organizer’s attempts to communicate with him, do not contact the Organizer or, as the case may be, neglects to claim its prize in the manner indicated in sub-paragraph 5.2 before 28/08/2019 at 12 noon and according to the terms and conditions indicated in paragraph 14, the winning candidate will be disqualified from the Contest and will be considered as having abandoned his price. The Organizer may then, in its sole and absolute discretion, select another winning contestant in the manner set forth in paragraph 4 or proceed to a new contest without the prize having been awarded.

5. Price details

5.1. Only one prize will be awarded as part of the Contest to the winning candidate, which prize consists of 1 television worth $ 400, 1 barbecue worth $ 350, 1 connected speaker worth $ 100, 1 tablet a $ 200 tablet

5.2. The prize may be claimed by the winning candidate and the winning candidate may take possession of the prize by presenting himself at the address indicated by the Organizer in paragraph 14.

6. General conditions

6.1. The price is neither transferable nor refundable. No prize substitution is possible except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer may substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of the prize that has not been accepted by the winning entrant will be considered forfeited. The Organizer will not be liable for any event resulting in the cancellation of the prize or if events beyond its control cause the prize or part thereof to be returned.

6.2. Entry forms are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are not received during the Application Period or if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified or tampered with in any way. Any information provided to the Organizer for the purposes of this Contest must be truthful, accurate and complete.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. All participants release the Organizer, its promotional partners, partners, affiliated, related and related companies, its divisions and subsidiaries, its advertising and promotional agencies, its employees, agents and representatives and the members of the jury from all liability in relation to any damage that entrant may suffer as a result of accepting or using their prize or participation in the Contest. In order to be declared a winner and prior to obtaining the prize, the winning participant agrees to sign, if required, a declaration form and / or a receipt to that effect.

7.2. The Organizer, its promotional partners, affiliated, related and related companies, its divisions and subsidiaries, its advertising and promotional agencies, its employees, agents and representatives and the members of the jury disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, to a participant or a third party by:

7.2.1. the malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, with respect to any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network, or problems with the functions of any Web site related to the Contest, no matter the cause;

7.2.2. the security or confidentiality of information transmitted by computer or telephone networks;

7.2.3. any breach of privacy by reason of interference by third parties not authorized by the Organizer and which may limit the possibility or prevent any person from participating in the Contest; and

7.2.4. any human or technical error that may occur during the administration of the Contest.

7.3. The Organizer reserves the right, subject to the consent of the Régie des alcools, the races and games (the “Régie”), to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest if a virus, bug or other computer problem , unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizer, alters or affects the administration, safety, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.

8. Conduct

8.1. By entering this Contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by these rules, which are available on our website at www.physaro.ca.

8.2. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a participant who:

8.2.1. violates the rules of this Contest;

8.2.2. tamper with or attempt to alter the entry process or operation of any of the Contest Website pages or any Contest related website;

8.2.3. acts in an unsportsmanlike, disloyal or disruptive manner or with intent to disturb, abuse, threaten or harass another person.

9. Privacy / use of information provided by the participant

9.1. By entering this Contest, a participant agrees that the Organizer will use the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the prize and acknowledges that the personal information provided by the Contestant will not be disclosed to the Contest Sponsor. third parties only in the manner provided for in this Regulation. Each participant further agrees that the Organizer uses his personal information to provide him with information on the services offered by the Organizer.

9.2. By entering the Contest, each entrant grants permission to the Organizer to use its name, photograph, address (city and province), likeness, voice, image and information for promotional purposes without further compensation unless such practice is prohibited by law.

10. Intellectual property

10.1. All intellectual property and all promotional material, web pages and source code of the Contest are the property of the Organizer or its affiliates. All rights reserved. Copying or unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

11. Laws

11.1. This constitutes the official contest rules. This Contest is subject to federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Subject to the approval of the Régie, the rules of this Contest may be modified without notice, in particular to bring it into line with all federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any entity having jurisdiction to govern the Organizer.

12. Authority of the Liquor, Racing and Games Board

A dispute as to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Liquor, Racing and Games Board for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

13. Identity of the winner

13.1. The winner’s identity will be posted on the Contest Website identified in paragraph 14 by 29/07/19 and will remain posted for a minimum of 7 (seven) days.

15. Decision of the Organizer

15.1. Any decision of the Organizer or its representatives regarding the Contest is final and without appeal. If a paragraph of these rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, then this paragraph will be considered invalid, but all other paragraphs that are not affected will be applied within the limits permitted by law.
